• Share Market players : What is Technical Analysis?, Trend Analysis., Types of Charts, Types of Indicators, Technical Analysis of Stocks using Charts, Application and Use of Indicators, Importance of Time factor, Co Relationship between multiple Indicators, Stock Selection for Trading, Trading Strategies., Live Market Trading.

Location: Prime Business / Commercial District area.

⦁ Good Frontage & Easy to Display for Sign Board.

⦁ Minimum Batch Size 15-20.
⦁ Fee Structure: Metropolitan Cities: Rs.20,000/- + GST, District Place: Rs. 18,000/- + GST.
Model 3: Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO)
⦁ The company will give you brand name.
⦁ Initial Franchise Fee: Rs.2,00,000/- (Non Refundable). To be paid at the time of agreement.
⦁ Yearly Franchise Fee: Rs.1,20,000/- (Fixed). To be paid within 30 days from date of agreement.
⦁ Royalties:
Ongoing royalties based on a percentage of the franchisee’s revenue generated from training courses and investment services.
Franchise Fees and Royalties:
⦁ Initial Franchise Fee:
A one-time initial fee paid by the franchisee to MXAP Financial Pvt Ltd for the rights to use the brand, training materials, and ongoing support.
Initial Franchise Fee: Rs.2,00,000/- (Non Refundable). To be paid at the time of agreement.
Yearly Franchise Fee: Rs.1,20,000/- (Fixed). To be paid within 30 days from date of agreement.
⦁ Royalties:
Ongoing royalties based on a percentage of the franchisee’s revenue generated from training courses and investment services.
Franchisee Revenue Structure:
⦁ From Fees: 30% of Fees Receipts. (Minimum Monthly Target Fees 15 Students).
Franchise Revenue: 90,000/-
⦁ From DEMAT: Rs. 500/- Per Account (Minimum Monthly Target 20 Nos. of DEMAT Accounts)
Franchise Revenue: Rs. 10,000/-
⦁ Fixed Income Investment: (Minimum Monthly Target of Investment Rs.20 Lakhs)
Franchisee Revenue: Rs.60,000/-
⦁ Projected monthly Income to Franchise: Rs.1,60,000/-
